Groups and Clubs

Montecito Estates HOA encourages a sense of community involvement with  the following committees:

Social Events Committee

The  Social Events Committee plans community events to bring community members together socially, enabling them to develop relationships that enhance the harmony and pleasure of living in Montecito Estates.

Communications Committee

The Communications Committee keeps HOA  members up to date with Montecito Estates activities, events, key meetings: Board of Directors, Town Hall, Special Meetings, etc.

 The committee reaches out to the community to obtain HOA member input, feedback and opinions and informs HOA members of issues such as reminders or changes about HOA rules or documents

Landscaping Committee

We’re looking for hands-on volunteers that are willing to roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty in an ongoing effort to make our outdoor common areas shine. The majority of this work takes place during the spring and summer months.
